V TRAVEL GROUP is a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with its registered office at 3 allée des Petits Paris, 92110 Clichy (France), listed in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number XXXXX. V TRAVEL GROUP owns the trademarks VIVE TRAVEL and VIVE TRAVEL FRANCE. VIVE TRAVEL holds the registration IM0XXXXX, issued by Atout France – the French Register of Tour and Holiday Operators (79/81 rue de Clichy, 75009 Paris). The company benefits from a financial guarantee provided by Accelerant Insurance Europe SA, represented by Arcus Solutions (3 cours Charlemagne, 69002 Lyon). VIVE TRAVEL has also taken out professional liability insurance with HISCOX, covering the consequences of its professional civil liability for all types of damages, up to €1,500,000 per claim and per year.

The Special Conditions of Sale outline the terms governing the purchase of touristic services via email or telephone, as well as the conditions for accessing and using the Website by users and visitors. By using the services of VIVE TRAVEL and its website, the Client agrees to these General and Special Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are supplemented by the specific terms and conditions applied by the respective service providers, in their entirety.

These Special Terms and Conditions of Sale are accessible on the website of VIVE TRAVEL and will be updated in the event of any changes to their content.

In accordance with Articles L.121-A16-1 and L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the consumer rights do not grant a cooling-off period for travel contracts.

In the event of any conflict between the General and/or Special Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Contract entered into between the Client and VIVE TRAVEL, the provisions of the Contract shall take precedence.

These conditions are brought to the Client’s attention prior to any commitment on their part and supplement the prior information referred to in Article R.211-4 of the French Tourism Code. This is in addition to the descriptive sheets detailing the Services and, in some cases, the Special Conditions of Payment and Cancellation that may apply to specific products or services. In such cases, the specific conditions outlined in the product description will take precedence over the general provisions of these Special Conditions of Sale.

The prior information referred to in Article R.211-4 of the French Tourism Code may be modified after its publication on the websites and after being consulted by users and visitors. These modifications may concern the key features of travel services (such as transport conditions, itinerary details, and accommodation), pricing, payment terms, minimum participant requirements for carrying out the trip, or cancellation policies, in accordance with Articles R.211-5 and L.211-9. The client will be informed of these changes clearly, comprehensively, and prominently before entering into the travel contract.

By validating their contract, the Client explicitly acknowledges having reviewed these Conditions, which are available for download or printing via a dedicated link, along with more specific descriptions of the selected services on the website. Failure by the User to accept all or part of these Conditions and the Charter will result in the Client forfeiting any right to use or benefit from the Website’s Services.

These Special Conditions of Sale are considered up-to-date as soon as they are published online and replace any prior versions.
